Life brings many challenges to us throughout our journey. My role as a therapist is to assist clients through these difficult times, helping them to gain insight regarding ineffective coping techniques and learning improved skills for current and future challenges. I use a strengths based approach, building upon the client's own strengths and unique talents. My business was founded in 2006 because I felt there was a need for quality Mental Health Providers in the the Western Suburbs. I also practice as a psychotherapist at Boynton Mental Clinic at the University of Minnesota
