The new era in health care is focused on wellness and prevention. wellclicks was created as an online health and wellness matchmaker to meet the growing demand for these services and to address the importance of making long-term connections between consumers and providers that benefit both parties. We utilize technology to make these connections easily and conveniently.

3. How does wellclicks benefit health care consumers?

wellclicks saves consumers precious time when searching for a new provider. The consumer directs the matching experience by telling wellclicks what would make an ideal provider match. They have the opportunity to view providers that meet their criteria and make a decision based on detailed information such as: geographic location, hours of operation, credentials, scheduling availability and even personality. wellclicks takes the guesswork out of meeting with a new provider - consumers can view photos, learn about a provider's background, and understand what to expect during their first appointment. Consumers can then take action and schedule an appointment immediately, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

4. Can I find a provider that takes my insurance?

One of the many ways wellclicks matches consumers with providers is by insurance type. When consumers use the site, they can find provider matches that accept their insurance.

5. Does wellclicks offer consumer reviews of providers?

wellclicks does not have a consumer review feature at this time. Reviews may be helpful to consumers if done effectively, so the options are being considered.

Providers have the opportunity to connect with consumers, begin building a health and wellness relationship, and ultimately generate new business. With online appointment scheduling available through wellclicks, providers have access to the ease and convenience of scheduling consumers. wellclicks offers real-time, confirmed appointments that bring new customers into the provider's office. 8. How do I know if a provider on wellclicks is legitimate?

Profile content on wellclicks is generated by the providers and/or the organizations they are affiliated with. wellclicks does not monitor or pre-screen content, however, if provider/organization content is questioned, wellclicks will investigate the complaint. wellclicks reserves the right to remove any profile information from the Website at any time. It is the responsibility of the consumer to do additional background research of their health and wellness providers.

9. Who pays for wellclicks?

Consumers use the website for free. Providers pay a monthly subscription fee to publish their profile online and access scheduling and communication tools.

10. What are your plans for expansion?

wellclicks currently includes providers located in the southwest metro area of the Twin Cities. The company plans to expand geographically into the entire Twin Cities in 2010 and regionally thereafter.
