The wellclicks Family Health Manager was created in partnership with Minnesota-based health systems—Allina Health, Ridgeview Medical Center and others—to foster health engagement beyond existing patients with increased access to local health resources, as well as a suite of online proactive health management tools. Fueled by a shared vision for cultivating change within the health industry, Allina CEO Ken Paulus and Ridgeview CEO Robert Stevens recognized the need to better understand and serve health consumers. The result is the wellclicks Family Health Manager.

A Responsive Partner

With the increasing demand by consumers for integrated, individualized health experiences, our clients turn to us as a wellness service and analytics partner to fill in the gaps within their existing online, marketing and community benefit strategies. We don’t compete with patient portals; we complement them. We work with clients to create single-sign-on processes so that consumers can access both the Family Health Manager and the patient portal in one seamless login experience. In addition, consumers have access to simple end-to-end online event registration, scheduling and more within the Family Health Manager.

On the front end, the Family Health Manager includes a user-friendly account where consumers get a health score, log interests, track wellness goals, and receive personalized resources and recommendations for his or her individual health needs. In the back-office environment, client health systems get centralized administration and actionable reports to help them intelligently implement and track marketing efforts.
